Dave Dillard has been working as an agent at Saftey Services since 2017. He is knowledgable in all areas of EHM and Alcohol Monitoring. Dave is also the manager of our Employer Drug Screen Program and provides Professional Urine Drug Screens to business employees throughout Washington State. Dave is a certified DOT Specimen Collector and is able to assist businesses with CDL compliance.
